Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Chef Janiece discovered her calling to cuisine as a young girl. She loved to experiment in the kitchen, creating all types of delicious treats for her loved ones. Although  Janiece was still mastering her skills, she never missed an opportunity to practice, while perfecting her craft. As a young adult, Janiece enrolled herself in the renowned Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, where she studied French Cuisine. During this time, she realized her unique gift of combining tastes from different cultures, while making them her own. She has worked alongside other talented chefs under the guidance of respected members of the food service industry. Her specialty is best described as “Classic Southern Cuisine with a Unique Twist”. Chef Janiece created Prime Catering because she believes it is the perfect way to express her creativity, while sharing her passion with the world!
